Why do cops shoot at center mass when there is no immediate threat. Remember the good old days when they used batons to subdue unarmed civilians. Tyisha Miller did have a gun on her lap, any Dirty Harry would have broken window and taken gun.

25 years ago I had a miner brush with history. I still think about how one policeman got away with murder. 99.99% percent of police are good people, but evil exists. Now, through donated funding, Production will start immediatly to bring Justice to Tyisha Miller, a 19 year old black female.
My production company specializes in creating compelling visual/Graphic Novel storylines. With a team of talented professionals, my passion for storytelling leads me to tell the truth when truth is hidden.

First off, almost all cops are good people. Every now and then an evil entity enters the police force joining for all the wrong reasons. That happened on Dec 28, 1998, a policeman killed a 19-year-old black teenager, shooting her 19 times as she sat in her car. The local DA charged 4 Police Officers with murder, and all were let off, even the evil cop who kept firing after she was already dead.
So, I drew the storyboard knowing that $100,000 will film this travesty of Justice. My goal is to film what happened that fateful night, hoping to open the worlds eyes to this awful injustice, maybe even convicting the cop of violating Tyisha Millers Civil Rights.

People are killed by cops almost daily, whether a knee to the neck or 4 cops shooting an old man with a knife. Back in the day, a cop violated someone's Victim's Civil Rights, he needed to go to prison. With enough donations, we can show the world the absolute wrong committed against Tyisha Miller 25 years ago and get justice for this horrific crime.
