First off, almost all cops are good people. Every now and then an evil entity enters the police force joining for all the wrong reasons. That happened on Dec 28, 1998, a policeman killed a 19-year-old black teenager, shooting her 19 times as she sat in her car. The local DA charged 4 Police Officers with murder, and all were let off, even the evil cop who kept firing after she was already dead.
So, I drew the storyboard knowing that $100,000 will film this travesty of Justice. My goal is to film what happened that fateful night, hoping to open the worlds eyes to this awful injustice, maybe even convicting the cop of violating Tyisha Millers Civil Rights.
